NetClassroom - Online Grading System
For the 2007-2008 school year, Brophy is moving to a new student information management system. This new system allows the school to combine multiple sources of student information into one system, which will improve record tracking and inter-departmental communication.
This new system for students and parents is called NetClassroom, which will allow you to review certain information about your educational career at Brophy over the web at http://netclassroom.brophyprep.org. Information such as schedules, report cards, grades, and address information can be tracked by both students and parents separately over the web (parent access will be available soon).
Student can access unofficial transcripts through NetClassroom by going to Students menu and then selecting Transcripts from the dropdown menu list. Unofficial transcripts are current up to an official grading period.
Students were mailed their NetClassroom userIDs and passwords over the summer. Note: this is a different userID and password than your Brophy network/Blackboard/email username and password.
Due to the sensitive nature of the information available, it is very important that you keep your NetClassroom ID private. Students should memorize their NetClassroom login information as soon as possible. If you forget your username and password, you will need to request this information from Mrs. O'Malley in the Principal's Office in Romley Hall. Students can request their information in one of two ways:
- Ask her in person - you will need to present your Brophy ID card.
- Send her an email at info@brophyprep.org, from your Brophy email account asking for the information. You must use your Brophy email for security reasons.
Parents who want to check NetClassroom should get this login information from their sons.
If there is any information that is incorrect on the student record, please email info@brophyprep.org and provide your Student ID and what the particular information should reflect.
