The Brophy Black Family Alliance encourages and supports academic excellence, spiritual enlightenment, cultural awareness and community service, within and beyond Brophy College Preparatory. Members work to provide diverse, equitable and inclusive outlets for students, teachers, parents and alumni — elevating voices, empowering visions and building bridges.

• Facilitate networking and enrichment opportunities for Black Brophy parents, families and allies
• Provide guidance and resources for Brophy's Black Student Union and allies
• Create and execute signature events and programming
• Maintain dialogue with Brophy's administration
• Partner with the Admissions Office to support Black student recruitment
• Fulfill ambassador and advocacy roles within the community
