• Q What if my son or someone else in my household is sick?

  Please fill out and submit the Absence Reporting Form.

• Q What if my son needs to miss class for any reason (e.g. appointment, travel, other)?

  If your son needs to miss any class for any reason (travel, appointment, non-Brophy sporting event, etc.), it is his responsibility to complete and submit the Request for Excused Absence form at least two days prior to the absence. If your son has to miss school for an unplanned or emergency reason, a parent/guardian must complete and submit the Absence Reporting Form by 8:30 a.m. on the day of absence.

• Q What if my son is going to be late to school? Shouldn't I just call?

  No, please complete and submit the Absence Reporting Form, and remind your son he must report to the Dean's Office as soon as he arrives on campus and before he goes to class.
