President Ryan Hosts 2024 Companions' Dinner

PHOENIX – President Bob Ryan hosted the 2024 Companions' Dinner on Sept. 24, in recognition of the newest members of the President's Club. In 1987, former president, Fr. Robert Mathewson, S.J., started the President's Club for donors in the most recently completed fiscal year who gave $5,000 or more to Brophy. Typically, President's Club members represent the most faithful and generous supporters of the school who give year after year, thus ensuring Brophy's Jesuit mission of providing a college preparatory education to all qualified young men who apply, regardless of their families' economic circumstances.

At this year's event, the guest speaker was Dr. Michael Crow, president of Arizona State University and the honoree was Fr. Edward Reese, S.J., president of Brophy from 1996-2016 and now president of St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the President's Club for the 2024-25 fiscal year, please contact Director of Leadership and Annual Giving Camryn Friel to discuss how you would like to direct your donation. Brophy is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
