Brophy Model U.N. Competes at Sun MUN
PHOENIX, Nov. 16 – On Nov. 15-16, 21 members of the Brophy Model U.N. club participated in Sun MUN at Arizona State University. Congratulations to all participants on a great effort with special recognition to the following:
- Rayan Farhoumand '25 and Nolan Houston '27 represented Germany and won Best Overall Diplomat as well as Distinguished Position Paper.
- Vincent Ortega '26 won Best Diplomat on the Joint Crisis Committee – Russia.
- Armani McDowell '26 won Best Diplomat on the Joint Crisis Committee – United Kingdom.
- Harrison Geyer '26 won Best Position Paper on the Joint Crisis Committee – Austria.
- August Kalina '27 won Best Novice Delegate representing Denmark.
- Max Engel '26 was selected to be a high school chair of a Joint Crisis Historical Committee.

PHOENIX, Sept. 30 – What is Model U.N.? 🌐 Students get to represent a nation and debate on global issues at universities across the country.
BROPHY MUN II (the first conference of the year) was organized by Armani McDowell '26 and Vincent Ortega '26 and hosted with the addition of Kamran Darnall-Hirani '25 and Rayan Farhoumand '25.
