Returning Student Registration – 2025-26

Registration for returning students begins Wednesday, Feb. 19. Registration paperwork must be completed and submitted by Thursday, March 13, to ensure your son's place for next year. Class of 2029 Registration, Plus Other Information for New Students

For students accepted into the Class of 2029, registration begins Wednesday, Feb. 19, and must be complete by Thursday, March 13, to secure their spot for next year. Brophy Proficiency Exams

Students interested in testing into a higher level of math or world languages should plan on taking the appropriate proficiency exam(s). Contact the Admissions Office with any questions. (When you click on a registration link, you will access additional details as well as the sign-up link.)

  • > Private School Affidavit

    Download and print the Maricopa County Private School Affidavit of Intent >

    A hard copy of the completed and notarized Affidavit must be delivered to the Admissions Office in person or by regular mail. (The affidavit cannot be delivered via email or fax.)

  • > MacBook Air Program

    Brophy introduced a 1:1 computing program in 2006. Currently, the program features 13-inch MacBook Air laptops. New students will pick up their laptops during orientation in August and will receive setup instructions at that time.

    The technology fee for new students is anticipated to be approximately $2,100 and includes a MacBook, protective case, a four-year warranty, a graphing calculator, and all digital textbooks, software and licenses for a student's four years at Brophy.   • > Information on Physicals

    Physical Exam Requirements for 2025-26
    All students new and returning are required to submit a physical exam for the 2025-26 school year. Physical examinations for the 2025-26 school year need to be completed on or after March 1, 2025 to be valid for the upcoming school year. Physical exam packets are due on June 1, 2025. Physical exam packets should be submitted through Veracross in the Magnus Health app. 
     
    In order to comply with student records management, we will not be accepting hard copies, faxes, or email attachments of these documents. Please contact your medical provider to schedule an appointment for your student’s physical. If you have any questions regarding physical exams please contact our Physicals Coordinator at physicals@brophyprep.org.

  • > Summer School at Brophy

    Each summer, Brophy offers credit courses as part of its high school Summer School program. The 2025 Summer School session is May 27-June 27. Course description for Class of 2029 available on Friday, March 14. Once a student's requests are processed and he is registered, the summer school fees will be added to his Veracross account.

    Summer School is optional, but taking a course during the summer can add flexibility to a student's schedule during the regular school year.

    April 24 – Mothers' Guild/Dads' Club New Parent Social
    The Brophy Mothers' Guild and the Brophy Dads' Club invite new families to a social on Thursday, April 24, from 6-7:30 p.m., in Harper Great Hall.

    All Brophy parents and guardians are considered members of the Mothers' Guild or the Dads' Club. We hope you'll get involved and share and support your son's Brophy experience!
